The purchase of a home is among the biggest financial decisions you will make in your lifetime. Taking a home buying class will do more than teach you how to get a mortgage or save towards a down payment. It will prepare you for a lifetime of homeownership. In addition to the 4-hour class, you are required to complete 4 separate one-on-one counseling sessions with one of our housing counselors throughout your homebuying process. Only then will you qualify for grant opportunities. The class and counseling are entirely free of charge.
