Purchasing a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you may make in your lifetime. Our Homebuyer Education Program provides the knowledge and guidance you need to make informed decisions and prepare for successful, sustainable homeownership. The program includes a four-hour homebuyer education class and a minimum of four hours of individual counseling with one of our housing counselors throughout your homebuying process. Completion of the class and required counseling hours is necessary to be considered for eligible down payment assistance and grant opportunities, along with meeting any additional program requirements. The class and counseling sessions are completely free of charge.

- Complete and submit the intake packet no later than Wednesday, December 16, 2026.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
Please note: Participants who do not complete and submit the required online intake packet by the deadline will not receive the Zoom link for the class.
